As the sun sets over the hills of Berkeley, a shadow slips silently through the city. It’s not just any shadow—it’s Batman! But by day, he’s Haris, a regular UC Berkeley student buried in coursework, debugging code, and perfecting his AI models.
Haris didn’t become Berkeley’s protector overnight. His journey started with internships that pushed his skills to the limit. At Amazon Web Services, he developed a system to keep machine learning models up-to-date, saving time and resources while making AI smarter. At UC Berkeley’s Unmanned Lab, he worked on futuristic transportation simulations, creating tools that made predictions more accurate and data more useful. And at BreadFeast, Haris revamped cloud pipelines to handle mountains of data with speed and efficiency. These experiences shaped him into a tech wizard, capable of tackling challenges head-on.
But it wasn’t just about building skills; Haris wanted to make a difference. He founded the CodePath chapter at Berkeley, creating opportunities for students who never thought they’d touch a line of code. He taught them how to build apps, debug problems, and navigate the tech world. By the end of his program, every single student completed their app, proving that anyone could break into tech with the right support. This commitment to lifting others inspired Haris to take on an even greater role: protector of Berkeley.
By night, Haris transforms into Batman, donning his suit and using his engineering gadgets to patrol the rooftops of the city. When a villain tries to hack into a local server or a bug threatens to take down a major system, Batman is there. He combines his sharp mind with powerful tools to solve problems, protect data, and ensure the Berkeley tech community thrives.
When dawn comes, Haris returns to campus, just another student blending into the crowd. But he knows his mission isn’t over. The city needs him, and he’ll be ready. Because Haris isn’t just a coder or a mentor, he’s Batman, Berkeley’s silent guardian and protector of innovation.
